FASHION FROM EMPIRE TV SHOW

Last week the Hip-Hop TV show series “Empire” debuted with ratings that were off the roof. The show also packs a high dose of fashion and home decor. Actress Taraji P Henson plays the role of Cookie, Lucious (Terrence Howard) ex-wife who is released from prison and wants her stake in his music record label “Empire Entertainment”. I’m tuning into the TV show to track Cookie’s fashion outfits. For the first episode, here are some of the outfits Cookie wore.

In terms of home and office decor, I liked Lucious’ black, high-back, nail-trim, leather, office-chair; and the grey, tufted, arm-chair in Andre’s bedroom. The pattern on the pillow on the bed is horrible, though!
