TOP LOOKS FOR DAY 2 OF FALL 2014 AT NYFW
On day 1 of New York Fashion Week for the Fall 2014 Ready-to-Wear collections none of the outfits that graced the runway caught my attention. I was a bit hopeful for today, day 2, but I still haven’t seen anything that sends my heart racing. So far, below are a few notable pieces that I like.
1. Cushnie et Ochs (This will look super sexy on someone who has tits and ass. So, Nicki Minaj and Blac Chyna come to mind.)
2. Kate Spade New York (Heck! I’ll wear this myself, from head to toe. Including the high-bun hairstyle.)
3. Rebecca Minkoff (Another great look with soft feminine neutrals. I want those gold shimmery shoes and that handbag!)
4. Peter Som (I love it! The cut of the blouse and the flow of the skirt. Plus, the color combo of navy and orange makes me a bit hyperactive.)
5. Tanya Taylor (The size and proportions of the horizontal stripes all sit at the right places.)
6. Preen Line (This coat is the business. Meow! Especially, the cuff of the sleeves in indigo, green, and black.)
7. Jason Wu (This is sharp. I like it. Look at those shoes.)
8. Zimmermann (This would need a colorful shoe to balance out the black floral and lace. A red, blue, green, or magenta shoe will do.)
9. Helmut Lang (This coat is a must if you want to survive any winter storm. I would add a leather belt to shape the midsection, otherwise you run the risk of looking wide around the midsection. I can do without the shoes, though.)
